Are my clothes washed with other people's?
No. Every customer's laundry is washed as its own separate load, never batched with anyone else's. This is the main reason to choose us, and it's not standard in Kolkata.
Is my laundry weighed wet or dry?
Dry, at pickup, in front of you. You see the weight before your clothes leave your hands. Wet fabric weighs far more, so wet-weighing means paying for water, we don't do it.
How long does wash & fold take?
48 hours from pickup, standard. Express is available for urgent orders.
Do you iron the clothes?
No, wash & fold is washed, dried and folded, not pressed. If you want crease-free clothes on hangers, that's Wash & Iron, which is the same wash finished with steam pressing.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the order value should be ₹250 and above.
What if I have delicate or "dry clean only" items in my bag?
We pull them out during sorting and flag them rather than washing them blind. Anything that needs solvent goes to dry cleaning, anything that needs gentler handling we'll tell you about before we proceed.
